When I first started my career, I noticed that the industry wasn't exactly offering a "bespoke" experience to clients. With my background in B2B sales and Hospitality Management, I saw an opportunity to elevate maritime freelance captain services to a whole new level.

We provide a Crew Engagement Agreement that outlines precisely what we are committing to delivering to our clients, as well as a clear understanding of the fees and what is included. A value that I hold dear, which I learned from my father, a Vietnam veteran, is the importance of entering every transaction with the intention of giving as much as we receive.
